These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Deeper, operated by ICARI. By using Deeper, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- You must not use Deeper for harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Deeper systems.
- Do not upload or transmit harmful code or content that violates applicable law.
- Do not misuse affiliate, referral, payment, or promotional systems.
Purchases and Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase by direct contact with support. After this period, purchases are final unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
To request a refund, contact support@icari.com.au and include the purchase email and transaction details.
Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account data, contact support@icari.com.au. We may require identity verification before processing deletion requests and may retain limited records where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Deeper content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by ICARI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, and product updates.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Deeper is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICARI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Deeper.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these terms, suspected misuse, legal risk, or security risk.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
